PICK AND CHOOSE OR DO ALL THREE!

Tuesday SYDNEY SEAFOOD MARKET

Tuesday

Start time 9.30 am. Finish 1.30 pm

Sydney Fish Market right on Sydney Harbour is the second largest fish market in the world. It’s a bustling place with an auction that runs 5 days a week and buyers arriving to survey the catch from 5 am. Stroll around, see what’s come in, see where the auction takes place and then buy some seafood for a lunch-time cooking class. Drive over Sydney Harbour Bridge to the kitchen where there is a lively discussion of the menu. Then it’s on with aprons and the fun begins. After cooking, sit down to a casual seasonal seafood lunch accompanied with Australian premium wines.
Wednesday/Saturday FARMER'S MARKET TOUR

Wednesday or Saturday

Start time 9.30 am. Finish 1.30 pm

Spend time tasting and learning about Australian produce from the producers themselves. At the Farmers Market, these sellers are passionate about their apples, lamb, salad leaves and extra virgin olive oil. On the way round select produce for lunch and discuss the planned menu. Then it’s back to the kitchen, the barbecue fired up and the cooking begins. A delicious lunch is enjoyed with a selection of fine Australian wines.
