Three days in Rural Norfolk
Day One 3.00pm onwards Time your arrival for the afternoon so you have time to relax in the luxurious surrounds. Take a stroll through the tranquil gardens or simply relax with a book on your private terrace.


7.45pm Evening Cocktails followed by a 4-course Dinner (wine included) prepared specially. During the meal, your Chef Tina will talk you through tomorrow’s cooking sessions – customised to you.
Day Two 9.00 – 10.00am It’s a healthy start to your day with a delicious Californian/Mexican-inspired breakfast on the terrace.

10.30am Cooking sessions as follows:

First session: Prepare for a light lunch that might include marinated fish plates, stir fried seafood such as squid, green king prawns, scallops and crab cakes. Lunch will include glasses of Champagne and a light lunchtime wine.


Second session: 3.00 - 7.00pm; Preparation and execution of 4 course dinner although the soup and dessert are optional. If the focus is on fish only, two separate dishes can be prepared and, at dinner, will include selected fine wines with each course.

Third session: Cocktails at 8.15 pm followed by dinner during which Tina will offer critical assessment and a detailed analysis on the day’s course.

Day Three 8.00- 10.00am Breakfast and departure before midday.

Dates This course is available year-round and runs from Monday to Wednesday.
