A Taste of Norfolk
Day One 10.00am Arrival – coffee and planning discussion for your tailored tuition with Chef Tina.

10.30 am Sessions as follows:

First session: Prepare for a light lunch that might include marinated fish plates, stir fried seafood such as squid, green king prawns, scallops and crab cakes. Lunch will include glasses of Champagne and a light lunchtime wine.

Second session: From 3 – 7pm. Preparation and execution of a 4 course dinner although the soup and dessert are optional. If the focus is on fish only, two separate dishes can be prepared and at dinner, will include selected fine wines with each course.

Third session: Cocktails at 8.15 pm followed by dinner during which Tina will offer critical assessment and a detailed analysis on the day’s course.

Day Two 8-10.00 am Enjoy a delicious Californian/Mexican-inspired breakfast before your departure by midday.

Dates This course is available year-round starting on Monday.
