It's an early start today, to watch the fishing boats come in at the local harbour and get the pick of the catch! Today's cooking will be fishy, perhaps a bouillabaisse?. Then spend an indulgent but fascinating afternoon at the vineyards tasting some of the excellent Bandol appellation wines and learning how to pair them appropriately with food. |

A local farmer delivers the seasonal vegetables for today's cooking - an authentic Provencal ratatouille. In the afternoon it's a visit to an olive grove, where you'll learn how to make tapenade, a local speciality. |
