When to go to Provence
Provence is blessed with generally good weather and the Cote d'Azur particularly so - sea breezes soften hot summer days and take the edge off winter chills. It's a dry temperate climate with an average rainfall of only 90 days a year. Spring and early summer are very pleasant times to visit as are September and October. Summers can be hot and busy .The wettest months tend to be December and January, though December is of course truffle season!

2009: 26 Apr, 10 & 24 May, 07 & 21 Jun, 13 & 27 Sep, 11 Oct, 01 & 15 Nov
