If you’re going to Goa, don't have much time but would still like to know more about Indian food, join us for a short one day introduction. At our fabulous kitchens overlooking the Mandovi River, this fun morning's cooking will introduce you to the hidden flavours of India. Pick up tips and secrets from our chef Judy who has been cooking almost since she could walk and is an inspirational and gifted teacher. Cooking is followed by a delicious lunch of what you've made with the afternoon free to sleep it off!
The day runs every Saturday in the season from 9.30 to 2pm and includes a hands-on cooking session, lunch, recipes, and an apron. We look forward to welcoming you there! |
