COOK WITH US WHILE YOU'RE THERE
If you’re going to Goa and fancy doing some great Indian cooking, why not join us at our fabulous kitchens overlooking the Mandovi River. This fun, relaxed three-day course will introduce you to the hidden flavours of north and south India as well as to local Goan favourites. Meet us at our kitchens for morning cooking sessions - your afternoons are free to sleep off the delicious lunch you’ve made! There’s also an escorted visit to the local food market with your chef, Judy, taking you off the tourist track to a Goa unseen.
The course runs Monday to Wednesday every week through the season, from 9.30 to 2pm each day.

Join us at our kitchens on the banks of the spectacular Mandovi River, near Panjim for a morning’s cooking session on classic north Indian food. Biryanis, breads or luscious lentils maybe on the menu today - followed by a lunch of what you’ve created. |

It’s an early start this morning with a visit to the bustling local market with your chef. See the fresh produce, talk with the spice merchants and perhaps buy some Indian cooking utensils. |

The south of India and Goan soul food are the focus of this morning’s fascinating session, where you will learn to cook dishes rarely served in restaurants. Fish curries, pepper chicken, fragrant rices, tangy dals are just some of the delights your chef may teach. Lunch follows overlooking the river. |
