All the courses follow a seasonal theme - you're cooking with local produce and the seasons dictate the menus! In spring and summer, there are courses on summer entertaining, light, fresh cooking. Winter brings game-cooking and unforgettable christmas dinners.
The courses are available all year. Spring is cool, with showers. Summer idyllic with temperatures in the 20's. Autumn temperatures are a fresh 12-16 degrees. Winter is cold and cosy!

Our tutors will take you through many different recipes that can be used for family dinner parties. Much of it can be frozen and the recipes sweet and savoury alike, are simple, fun and versatile. The course may feature charred prawns with lemon grass, spatchcock roast chicken with red pepper jam and flourless chocolate cake.

Spring brings us the start of a whole new season. Learn to tackle new recipes such as grilled lamb with cardamon and rice wine sauce.

Emphasisis on entertaining in the home.Learn how to make delicious bread, simple starters and seasonal main courses that are warm and rich but not as heavy as winter food.
Game & Winter Wonders

Get to grips with the practical experience of preparing game from scratch and teaming it with great starters and main courses. Seasonal game birds and meat will be prepared whilst improving your knife skills.

A weekend cooking authentic Indian food under the guidance of a tutor who has a lifetime of experience cooking Indian food. Learn how to buy, store and use the spices and herbs used in this hands on weekend course and steer you through the careful balance of spices needed to produce the fabulous flavours that the Indian sub-continent has to offer. Recipes may include vegetable bhajias, samosas, raitas, chutneys, bhoona prawn curry, makhani murgi, chicken tikka masala, vegetable curries, dhals, breads such as naan, chapattis and puris, kheer, kulfi and many more.
Taste of the Orient

Back for a longer course by popular demand! Learn to master some wonderful recipes from the Orient, most of which can be prepared in advance recipes. Create the ultimate oriental dinner party and gain inspiration for plenty fo family recipes as well. Plenty of hands on recipes as well as tasting dishes.

This course is for people who love to entertain but have little time to prepare food at the last minute. Increase your repertoire of recipes and learn clever tricks to prepare food ahead of time. This is casual food at its best with a smart twist. The recipes could include meat, vegetables and desserts. All courses are based on seasonal food.
