Today you you'll visit Shobak, one of the great chain of Crusader fortresses. On your return back to Petra you'll stop at one or two orchards or farms tucked away in the fertile hillsides where many families still strive for self-sufficient food supplies and perhaps pick up some ripe ingredients for the evening's meal.
