Arrive at Granada or Malaga international airport and transfer to the Finca in the Andalusian heartland. Enjoy your welcome drinks and settle in. Take a stroll in the early evening, around the charming whitewashed lakeside village of Iznájar, perched high on a rocky outcrop, with spectacular views of the Lake of Andalusia. Dinner follows - contemporary Andalusian cuisine prepared by your hosts. |

After a leisurely breakfast, you visit the lively town of Priego de Córdoba - home of award-winning olive oil. Known as the “Baroque Jewel” in Andalusia with its glorious Baroque architecture and national monuments it is delightfully unspoilt. Take a gentle stroll in the narrow passageways of “Barrio de la Villa”, or the Arab Quarter, bedecked with a myriad of colourful flowers, stopping at a typical Andalusian tapas bar for lunch with fino. Back to the Finca, relax and then attend your first hands-on cooking session followed by dinner. |

After an early breakfast, its off to Baena, a fertile land full of olive groves, vineyards and orchards. Baena gives its name to one of the nine Spanish olive oil Denominations of Origin. We’ll visit an organic producer of olive oil to taste their different kinds of oil. Then we make our way to one of the most picturesque villages in Andalusia - Zuheros. The town lies in a gorge backed by imposing rock cliffs with superb scenery across the dusty plains. It is a typical Arabic-Andalus with a Moorish castle built on and into the rock with 16th century church alongside. Here, you have a hearty welcome at the renowned restaurant serving what they know best – the meat from the Subbética Mountain. Back to the Finca, rest and into the kitchen for your next cooking session followed by dinner.

After breakfast, we drive through the Andalusian countryside to visit one of the most important Moorish cities in Andalusia – the glorious city of Cordoba. After a quick refresher at a Moroccan tea salon, you are then free to explore at your own pace. Marvel at the great mosque- Mezquita- one of the largest in the world; visit the famous floor filled street-Callejón de las Flores -whose balconies and walls are decorated with hanging pots of vibrant coloured geraniums; wander around the Judería, or old Jewish quarter – now a World Heritage site. Its back to the Finca in the afternoon to relax and enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by your hosts.

The leisurely day begins with a visit and tasting at one of the best-known producers of sherry wine founded in the 18th century in Montilla. Return to the Finca to unwind by the pool or by the terrace for light lunch. Later in the evening, you will enjoy your third cooking session followed by dinner. |

The final day is your own to do as you will. Explore the countryside and whitewashed villages; arrange to horseride or fish; take an optional excursion to the Alhambra Palace, Granada or just relax by the pool. In the late afternoon, you will enjoy a farewell outdoor cooking session followed by dinner.
