Gastro Weekend
Day 1 Arrive at Granada or Malaga international airport and transfer to the Finca in the Andalusian heartland. Enjoy your welcome drinks and settle in. Take a stroll in the early evening, around the charming whitewashed lakeside village of Iznájar, perched high on a rocky outcrop, with spectacular views of the Lake of Andalusia. Dinner follows - contemporary Andalusian cuisine prepared by your hosts.
Day 2 After a leisurely breakfast, you visit the lively town of Priego de Córdoba - home of award-winning olive oil. Known as the “Baroque Jewel” in Andalusia with its glorious Baroque architecture and national monuments it is delightfully unspoilt. Take a gentle stroll in the narrow passageways of “Barrio de la Villa”, or the Arab Quarter, bedecked with a myriad of colourful flowers, stopping at a typical Andalusian tapas bar for lunch with fino. Back to the Finca, relax and then attend your first hands-on cooking session followed by dinner.
Day 3 We make our way, deep in the heart of olive country, to one of the most picturesque villages in Andalusia - Zuheros. The town lies in a gorge backed by imposing rock cliffs with superb scenery across the dusty plains. It is a typical Arabic-Andalus with a Moorish castle built on and into the rock with 16th century church alongside. Here, you have a hearty welcome at the renowned restaurant serving what they know best – the meat from the Subbética Mountain. Back to the Finca, rest and into the kitchen for your final cooking session followed by dinner.

Day 4 After breakfast transfer to Granada or Malaga international airport.
