4 Days in Catalonia
Overview This culinary vacation is a perfect introduction for you to get a great knowledge of the unique and exuberant food of this region. There are three hands-on classes of approximately three hours each and two restaurant meals. Also two visits to local Priorat wine producers and vineyards, along with wine tastings will allow you to discover and appreciate the fantastic DOC Priorat and DO Montsant wines. An official olive oil tasting will let you discover the incredible DO Siurana olive oils The presentation is done by a technician from the Priorat Olive Oil Consortium and is in the same way as the tastings done by the IOOC (International Olive Oil Council)

Cooking starts at 6 pm every evening after a rich and varied day - and time to siesta in the afternoon of course!. This is an all inclusive holiday and there are no extra costs during your stay, except for gifts you may want to purchase. Included are all classes with necessary materials, all meals for using only the best and freshest ingredients, all restaurant meals, all high quality Priorat wines, all drinks (it's an open bar), all excursions and tips. There's also a complimentary apron, a recipe book, a diploma and a gift to remember it all by!
